I have download Vita3K and have download Eiyuu Densetsu: Sora no Kiseki FC Evolution with English patch as well.
When I`m playing Eiyuu Densetsu: Sora no Kiseki FC Evolution on Vita3K I get pink backround and game go back en part before go back to where I`m playing.
It`s it possible to fix?

You can try switching the backend renderer in the GPU configuration.

Other than that, isn't this game also available on PSP and PC? I don't know if the Vita port has any extras but maybe it would be easier to play one of those.

I know I can play it on PSP and PC but I'm going away on Friday and will be gone for a whole day, so I can't bring my PC.
That's why I bought myself an Anbernic RG557 and that's where I downloaded Vita3K.

I know I can play it on PPSSPP but playing on PS Vita has much better graphics so are then voice acting.
vita3k is still very much an experimental emulator.
This is that game report page: https://github.com/Vita3K/compatibility/issues/514
Also the android version is not even contemplated by devs (won't allow bug reports of android).
So basically you have to be lucky it works for you, there's no silver bullet config for vita3k, it's just not good compared to PPSSPP and other finished emulators.
Only tip I can give is Vulkan renderer usually works better in most games.
