There's actually a way to get this game working in Borderless Fullscreen, with proper aspect ratio. Gotta replace ddraw.dll with one from cnc-draw GitHub project - this way you can pick what API to use for video output as well as all the particular settings, like Borderless Fullscreen, VSYNC, aspect ratio, scaling method etc. Just don't forget to set framerate to Unlimited, as otherwise the game might lock up when you get killed.

My God! I have never seen this game in my life, never... until today when they decided to curse me with this grotesque sight!
I like it, I hate it!
Thanks! :loldog

Officially not horror but action-adventure. I played both the first and second parts when they came out. Quite difficult games where it is easy to die and the inventory is limited by what you can carry in your hands (2 items), while it is desirable that you have a weapon in one hand, otherwise you have to run very fast. With a fairly nervous gameplay, the enemies in this game are too cute for horror.

This is the first game of the series. It is better than the second game.
