It took years for me realize why his torso was transparent in the game. Looks kinda obvious (to see in between the sprite), but before this game, i played The Punisher on NES, and there wasn´t transparency in that game.

If this were "Operation Wolf", then I would understand. But this cover art is about as faithful as the North American "Phalanx" box with the banjo player.
