Dressing the forums up for certain holidays

I did love the ornaments last Christmas, think you guys can do other holidays?
Also a plus if you added April Fool's & Cirno Day (9/9)

I'd be all for it, as long as it can also be disabled for users who don't celebrate said holidays like Christmas <myself i hate Christmas> and Halloween, etc. However, given how wonky the scripting is for the forum, it might break something. I could be wrong, though
