We know there are lots of arcade games that never got a home port and we definitely have those games that we wish got ported to home consoles.

But what about the other way around?
Are there games that you want to see have an arcade release?
I feel I might be the minority but I always wanted to see an attempt to put certain games into an arcade format.

- Kingdom Hearts
I want to see how this can work, it's already an action game, but how can they streamline this further into an arcade game?
- roguelikes
I just want to see more genres get arcade adaptations.
- RTS
Same as above.

i always wish there was an arcade like yugioh game where you would brought you deck, the game would shuffle throught it to get the deck list digitized with no effort and then play against someone or an NPC with a cool 3D looking anime like duel.

twisted metal 2 with modernized graphics
I'll take that, but I liked the FMV cutscenes for the camp.

That would be amazing ::fire

Probably DOOM 1 and 2 could be a time attack FPS arcade game, challenging players to quickly move though one or all of the base game's episodes (of either DOOM 1 or DOOM 2) as possible.

I also could see that Quake 3 (or basically any arena shooter) could be a 4 player deathmatch/team deathmatch/CTF FPS arcade game with scoring since the game is very fast-paced. (Though, does anyone knows of the Quake 1 arcade game?)
