Description​

This is an upload made possible thanks to Sm0k3!

Drakkhen is a fun RPG game that was released on PC and SNES. It was censored in the NTSC/PAL areas as expected but this version has it all without censorship. You just gotta understand Japanese! Hopefully someone can take the English script one day and use it for this, minus the censorship.

I dont know if its actually a bad game or if it was just the bad translation, that made no sense and you just cant possibly understand what you have to do

FWIW, it got a pseduo-sequel on SNES a lot of people don't know about called Dragon View. And unlike Drakken, it's actually a surprisingly good game. Worth checking out.

The problem is that Drakkhen is very niche game, hence why there no rom hacks for it.

This is the "best" version on consoles, it didn't received the censorship that the US/PAL did from Nintendo, meaning that all the religious references are still there.

I unabashedly love this game and I don't care who knows. I kept the NP issue 26 poster on the back of my door and would look at it every day when I left; first to the bottom, to the game I hoped would be as good as I hoped (Final Fantasy II) and the weird one I really hoped was open world (Drakkhen). Good times:

This game earned a proper translation .
Its engrish on the Snes is hardly to take with its weirdly worded sentences .

While it is clunky , it still is awesome .
