Per this video:

In spite of what thesegaguru says in the video, I was unable to locate any files available for download. TroyGPF maintains a Github, but it doesn't look like his version of DCSinge has been updated yet.
 
Just wanted to say I love this and Space Ace, then again i'm a sucker for Don Bluth's animation style.
