and we got all 4 NES Dragon Quest games which had Toriyama's art.It was almost certainly a licensing issue. The US distributors would have needed to pay extra for the DB license, and presumably, they decided that it wasn't worth the extra expense since nobody in the US had heard of Dragon Ball in 1986. IIRC, it wasn't released in America until the early 90s.
Whenever you see anime games reskinned into original IP for the West in the 80s/90s, that's pretty much always the reason. On the other hand, FOTNS actually did get a late-80s US release, so someone decided it was worth paying for that one. Same is true of Golgo 13, I think.

...the blue balls...
we got a .nes file now. thank you.Thanks. Tell me if it's fixed!
The USA version is in .nes, but the Japan and French version is in .unh. Granted, I don't use the other two as I don't speak those languages, but others may want other formats.Thanks. Tell me if it's fixed!
The USA version is a .unh file, which doesn't seem to work with my nes emulator (FCEUX). Really, I have never heard of .unh for nes games before.
Can we please get this in a more common format, like .nes? Thank you either way.
