I like the first XenoVerse (although I wish I can super Saiyan 4 but oh wel) I did enjoy being a Saiyan. (i tried the female because I am very curious about Saiyan female)

also im wondering if we're not going to get different races to play as this time. they only shown a human/saiyan male and female.

I've started with a female Majin, but will change to a female saiyan, because of the Super Saiyan form, and it fits more of my tomboy preferences

I like to play XV2 with a male earthling which I created and customized to look like me in real life, sporting a short haircut, glasses, and wearing the same clothes I wear in real life, further enhancing the immersion in the game.
I'm on Lv. 127 with him and I got the Beast transformation.

Edit: I play simultaneously on Playstation 5 and PC via Steam and also got all DLCs for both plataforms.

I've played way too much XV2 since it came out back in... 2017... I need to know how XV3 is going to be different before I can get invested.

XV2 was pretty much XV1 with varying expanded elements and improvements, but I think I'm gonna need something more substantially different for XV3. I especially hope it's not just going back through and retelling the DBZ sagas AGAIN.

I played through the first one entirely, but only because I bought if for a dollar.
It got really repetitive by the end.

I know the feeling Part of me is worried about how much they're pushing Toriyama being involved in all of these projects.

A: that's only gonna last for so long before they have to start making stuff 100% without any involvement from him.

B: it kinda feels exploitative to me that they bring him up so much. Almost like if someone doesn't like or engage with this new stuff, then they're disrespecting his legacy or something. That last part might be a bit of hyperbole, but it's just a concern I have about Dragon Ball going forward.

i mean, i don't hate Xenoverse in fact i can basically say it's the only DB game i've enjoyed 2.
but... whats even the point, you did all this stuff in XV 1 and 2, kakarot, various other DB games, so...
idk, Dragon ball in general is cool but, its been going on so long...
fun fact, i've never WATCHED dragon ball Z or super, (i've watched all of dragonball before Z though)
i know ALL of the story still, fillers and all, because of all the games i've gone through
which as of now is legacy of goku 1 and 2 GBA, Xenoverse 1 and 2 and kakarot, which also has Daima's story now.
i guess it's MUCH better when fights DON"T TAKE A WHOLE 12 episodes, YEAH LOOKING AT YOU FRIEZA ON NAMEK, and man i remember tuning to cartoon network and they're fighting cell for almost 4 months and mainly why i never watched DBZ i'd be so annoyed and rather watch where i can forward/speed up.
but anyways, idk, we'll see how the gameplay is, i don't really want another DBZ plot milking
