Do you use this website to track your anime list or you didn't care that much.

Personally I never use them because I watch a ton to the point is more a chore to list (let's say I already watch 600 during my childhood days with my parents watching on a lazy Sunday after church watch anime all day)

How about you?

I only use IMDb and in my list there are like 5 or something anime lol. I only wait new season of like 2 of them if it ever happen at this point so I sometimes check on IMDb if new seasons are added to the list or something.

Yes I use MAL "My anime list" just to keep track on what I seen/Read and honestly I wish there was a site just like MAL where it´s easy to keep track on Games I finished I tried a few sites and such and most of them are just bleh or looks dumb or does lack features.
Give me a site like MAL but for games where I can search a game put complete or plan to play or on hold where I can also score the game from 1 to 10.

I use MAL but I am so bad at remembering to update it and I'm a bit sporadic when it comes to watching series; I tend to hop around a bunch rather than following one through to the end. I usually only update my profile when I've completely finished a season.

I keep track with screenshots. I have mpv include name in filename.

This is my general attitude towards general online tracking stuff in general today but...
Unless I need it myself, for me, and generally I do not, what is the tracking for? Who cares to read my lists of watched anime and surface level ratings of them? Generally whole tracking part for that is kinda useless. As long as I watched something and have ability to remember I did, I can talk about it to other people who care to talk about it, that is much more important to me. Last.fm being important to some people makes me similarly wonder what is the point, who actually browses and compares their music taste? I guess it is something you can do that with but I also feel like that is a lot of info that conveys the information less optimally than a conversation does, or just being content with what you watched and enjoyed yourself. It might be solitary but the sociality of tracking sites is illusionary as well. I did use to use them but those were thoughts I came to and put my energy into something that matters. Like overly long posts on forums, or watching more shitty isekai anime I will laugh at and forget about.

I mainly use MAL for it as I enjoy cataloging my anime and manga, don't really mind if people look or not as my memory isn't very good with remembering everything I watch as well but mainly cataloging is a fun side thing to do for the most part.

No, never used any kind of tracking or cataloguing sites for any of my interests since I'm lucky enough to have always had a very good memory when it comes to things like that. I also find a lot of those sites communities end up being so unbearable and insufferably annoying since it always ends up turning into virtual dick-measuring contests and bizarre, pointless elitism over how much you've actually watched.

the only thing i use are the databases of myanimelist to check on anime and manga titles that i might have missed but i dont have an account per se

For the longest time I would track my anime on a notebook even though I'd heard about MAL. Then, like, a couple of months ago I learned about Anilist and finally got around to tracking all the anime that I've seen. I don't remember why I chose Anilist over MAL, but whatever.
