I don't want to, but lately I do. Since I started my new job, I always fall asleep as soon as I'm done or like an hour later, but because it's too early, I sleep about two hours then I can't sleep anymore. So I get up, have dinner, and then I'm up until the early morning, when I get a few more hours of sleep. I'm gonna break that cycle though, it sucks.

And also because it's the only "me" time I get.

yeah, it's the only time I get any peace and quiet lol. Mornings are rough because of it but I get through it. I just catch up on sleep on the weekends.

Yeah, definitely. Big night owl. I feel the most at peace at night, and the most creatively active. It's when I work on my own creative endeavors. It's also the easiest time to get lost in a good game or movie.

Wow, so many night owls here. Everyone seems to love gaming at night, my friends included, so I guess I shouldn't be surprised. I on the other hand can't do that, I have a normie sleep schedule where I go to bed at 11-11:30PM max. I don't know if its a matter of routine or an internal clock but if I stay too late I'll feel like complete garbage in the morning. It kinda feels like a hangover, but without a single drop of booze involved. My body is very weird. So I like early-ish mornings more, personally.

Well for me its terrible Sleep I have a very hard time falling asleep it can take me hours till I finally fall asleep.
I sooner fell my whole body getting numb before I fall asleep

I just use late night as my me time, a lot quieter for my taste especially. Though I do have to set a limit so I'm not up too late lol.

All the really cool stuff was on TV late at night when I was a kid, so I'd stay up to watch it. Stuff like Anime & comedy shows on Adult Swim, re-runs of pro-wrestling.

For some reason, a lot of 60's shows like Get Smart & the Adam West Batman would be on at like 4am. Heck, I even watched My Little Pony for the first time on a block of re-runs that would air from midnight-2am.

There's also no feeling quite the same as binging episodes of Twin Peaks overnight, when the twang of the opening theme would accompany the rising sun.

I second the notion that night time is also just more peaceful.

When I was younger I liked the way how silent and peaceful night is to wait for night to do my hobbies and actually do fun stuff and then I could work all night even until 6 AM but as I got older sleeping after 11 PM make me feel like being hit by truck waking up next day so unless it's for job or crisis situation I try not to stay awake anymore. However I have a weird "sleep cycle" thing that within a week at least for one day I gotta sleep around 2 AM or my sleep cycle gets too off and cannot actually sleep until I sleep around 2 AM. I guess my night owl genes still kicks in despite my age lol. I don't miss my childhood but I certainly miss my child-body biology that was like being a terminator!!!
