Do you practice or play any sports?

I also did kyudo, as it is my favourite sport, but not for too long. I am very traditional, so I didn't like to do the regular "modern" style, and ended trying something like this:

I have to admit it was very difficult, and for some reason the teacher told me it's harder for me because I have one injuried arm, but it was surprisingly peaceful, more than when I tried yoga.

Since a few years ago, I train at home with calistenics to mitigate my injury, because when I have the chance I will return to it :)
I have read a lot about this sport and I think you have to be very calm and precise very interesting .

OK so i haven't worked out for the past week or so due to traveling BS only today we finally chilled out a bit.

Prior to this i restarted my pull up routine i injured my right arm around end of 2022 and been inconsistent ever since but picked up the pace around June did 30 as a starter as not to cause injury again as i remember the injury came because i was doing pull ups everyday.

I faced an issue around may where i would have back pain if i stood for too long which wasn't a thing before turns out i did too much push ups that my body was suffering some imbalance shit my back muscles weren't as competent as my front.

I decided to change my whole workout routine , so instead of 450 push ups (was aiming for daily 500) i would do a very very slow push up rounding up to 40 rep and repeat for 6 times , same for squats this put me under some real pressure nice to test your capabilities like this.

So far i been wanting to increase my agility even more i checked my weight as of now supposedly i weight 62 KGs and stand at 180 cms tall I'm not really the "brute strength" type guy was always one of the fastest so i want to build on that by doing more agility oriented exercises i got few in mind need to try them first to tell......one can't sit without workout anymore if i sit for 2 hours gaming my legs die :loldog

I really enjoy playing golf and preparing for tournaments, and using a bus rental for example BCS Bus for transfers makes the experience even better. Traveling with teammates on a comfortable coach allows us to relax, discuss strategies, and stay focused before the event. There’s no stress about driving or parking, and the spacious seating keeps everyone fresh and energized. Overall, the bus transfer adds convenience, comfort, and a sense of camaraderie to the whole golf experience.

Captain Tsubasa Football GIF

In my first couple years in college I did Rugby football and Taekwondo.

I always enjoyed casually playing sports, but I don't really have the time to do them as a hobby anymore ...unless chess counts?

I'm a huge fan of theater stuff; I help some friends with special FX, writing, sound design, or general rigs as a hobby, but I specifically enjoy being on the scene A TON. I feel at ease, and it led me to being quite fond of improv as a hobby. Recently I have met again with my high school math teacher, who just so happens to be in a local wrestling league in my city and introduced me to the people over there! I've been doing tryouts and showing people what I can do both on scene and behind the scene, and now because of that my main physical activity has been both wrestling practices (with a few on-stage things) and stage setting.

That's absolutely mental lmao, I can't even do five with proper form and full range of movement
It's easy to do. The hard part is consistency; doing that everyday will test you physically and mentally. I prefer doing Burpees to shed of weight fast too.

I think volleyball is the most fun I’ve had. Football and basketball are also great.

I like rock climbing! I played football/soccer when I was younger, and I still love the sport, but my schedule is too busy to play with any consistency, or for a team.

Climbing is great, though. It's problem-solving that I can do by myself in a gym, and it's a nice workout! I've gotten into watching the competitive climbing as well, which they stream online for free.

I play football (NOT SOCCER, FOOTBALL). I also started learning table tennis and paddle ball
