do you like sleeping?

I enjoy sleeping, but mainly because I love the feeling of waking up. For some reason though I enjoy napping in the afternoon/early evening way more than sleeping at night because it usually comes more naturally then.
I hate falling asleep because I rarely take the time to wind down beforehand so it kind of gets bothersome, but I've been getting better at it.

Also, my new nerve pain medicine gives me way more vivid dreams in a good way, now I dream almost every night and very rarely have nightmares, which I had a lot when I was younger.

I used to hate sleeping so bad I'd binge energy drinks to stay up as late as possible when I was kid
I used to do this when I was still scared of the dark because of the mental illness

very relatable but literally alzheimer's speedrun so don't do it

I like sleeping .
Its something like a meditation but with a comfy pillow and a bed-sheet .

I actually like to have nightmares .
This inspires me much somehow but there is one problem .

I forgot those nightmares often . ::sadkirby

Eu gosto de dormir.
É algo parecido com uma meditação, mas com um travesseiro confortável e um lençol.

Na verdade, eu gosto de ter pesadelos.
Isso me inspira muito de alguma forma, mas há um problema.

Eu frequentemente esquecia aqueles pesadelos.::sadkirby

I enjoy it, though I have trouble falling asleep most nights. If I just lay there in silence and darkness my brain starts going a mile a minute and I can't get any rest. I usually have to listen to something to fall asleep, audiobooks are what I use mostly though Japanese drama cd's are also good. There is one thing I listen to above all others going on quite a few years now and that's the Ghost Stories of M. R. James. Most of these stories are supposed to be read aloud around Christmas time as well. Michael Hordern's voice is also quite relaxing.

I do. Then again, I'm getting old. And not ashamed to admit it.

Doubly so if I'm off work and have nothing to do. I fucking hate having to get up early on my days off for chores and or, errands to do for the day. Days I work I'm lucky if I get 6 hours before work. Since I have a set time to go to bed by, and taking Melatonin, I usually can pass out quick.
