Do you have any cool thrift store finds?

A slot machine. I should have gotten it at least for decoration. I also got a big flag that let's just say is too "spicy" for these forums.

Many years ago, I found a copy of the OG Unreal for PC for like 1.5 dollars, but I didnt have any so I offer just 1 and he took it.

Granted, it was just the disc with the jewel case with no front cover/manual, but I still find it my best take. Now days everyone charge a leg for whatever seems "old gaming", even if they are common or just bad games overall.

I actually found a little Slot Machine that I got my dad for father's day(?) years ago. The red light doesn't work (takes batteries), but the slots still do
Mostly Books
What impresses me about working at Goodwill is the sheer variety of books, music, and movies we get. I've come away with a lot of neat and interesting stuff that I don't think that I would have ever intentionally looked for myself or would have never known about otherwise

Also some other finds:

Love these shoes. Had a pair of skull print slip-ons in my youth that I loved, but after and incident in College, I had to throw them out and I've been searching for a pair equally as cool ever since

Love both of these so much, especially Cyberpunk. It baffles me that it was such a dud upon release, but I think that could have been because it sounded SO different from Billy's other works

Don't know how, but the sock still smells incredibly wretched

Finding these mint was amazing. Been a white whale of mine for ages.

It came in with a bunch of other Ren & Stimpy stuff (like Colorforms, The Pat The Stimpy Book, and tpb of the first couple of issues of the Marvel comic) and I BEGGED my manager to let me sell them because we have a policy to not sell Magazines (probably because of people's addresses?). And I waited for what felt like hours to go out on the floor and buy them, thinking them already gone

Here's one that I got today that was kind of unexpected; A Polly Pocket "High Street Money Box" Playset

For those who don't know, Polly Pocket (especially the original "Bluebird" variety) can get CRAZY expensive and prices can often fluctuate wildly. And while the set might be missing a few pieces, I still find it very charming

I don't know if Polly Pocket were the OGs of that sort of toy, but I see so many brands doing that style of playset these days.

Also, Pink Ranger sighted! ::fire

Bluebird also did Mighty Max, which I love, but is almost as nearly expensive but not quite as wide reaching as Polly Pocket. But yeah, everyone wanted a slice of the micro-playset pie
