Do you guys have any core memories in this certain part of Woodman Stage?

Not really. Most of my memories with Mega Man 2 have to do with Heat Man's stage and the Wily stages.

That room specifically?
Yes and no I guess. I used to rent Mega Man 2 all the time as a little kid. I rented it so many times that I could get to the Wily stages consistently and then eventually I could beat it in one day. (as a 9 year old this felt impressive lol)

But that room specifically doesn't hold any special significance.
