Did you know... about gaming?

I came across this just recently. Did you know that the PS1 has a hidden Undelete Feature within the Memory Card Manager? ::winkfelix

Did you know that the “Play Station” isn’t the first project Sony did with Nintendo?

Believe it or not it almost cost a young engineer named Ken Kituragi his job.

Kituragi wanted to venture into gaming after the success of the Famicom/NES. Kituragi designed the custom audio chip for the Super Famicom/SNES behind his superiors backs. He somehow convinced higher ups that the said venture would benefit Sony greatly.

So every time you booted that 16bit Nintendo console of yours always remember that it sounded great because of Mr. Ken.
That's interesting, I've wondered about the sound chip when taking apart my snes.
This is a documentary about Ken Kutaragi and his role developing the Playstation.
