It's as close to a 1:1 arcade port as you can get, the power of the Saturn be praised. I don't think there was anything extra bundled into the console port, but I could be wrong as it's been a hot minute since I played the Saturn version.

Literally one of the best beat-em-ups of all time (after its sequel).

This is awesome but the modern remaster is probably still the ideal way to play.
 
Awesome game and thanks a bunch to translators... I bought the Saturn back in the day not to long after release, and honestly, it almost feels like more japan developed games are released in English today than back then :loldog
