Titles that change with post count are known as a "Title ladder" (Xenforo's term not mine).
In this forums the title ladder goes like this:

- 50 posts Paladin Knight
- 100 posts Dragon Slayer
- 150 posts Demi-God
- 200 posts Final Form
- 250 posts (user reached lvl 3 and may choose their own title)
