Hmmmm I've seen it labeled as a homebrew port, but since Realms also developed the Atari port back in the day (1989), I believe that's actually a canceled port (that ended up being published in 2018 by Piko). If you have better info about this one (lately I'm not being able to research about these games as I'd like to) let us know in the comments!

I didn't know this game although graphically it looks more like a computer game than a console game and also that it was a port based on the Atari ST version so that is also reflected obviously.

This cover art is sick. I can't help but laugh at the name of the game thiugh lol. Custodian just kinda has that connotation of being a euphemism for the word "janitor".
