Crunchyroll Mega thread!

I like Crunchyroll and I have a subscription, I like how I can watch various anime on my TV and I have just watch Yu-Gi-Oh GX my favorite anime but then I was very disappointed since episode 53 of Yu-Gi-Oh GX was in Japanese with English subtitles and I like watching it with English subtitles. The same goes for Yu-Gi-Oh, I think it was season 2 that had Japanese with English subtitles.
What do you think about some episodes suddenly having Japanese with English subtitles?

Now I don't know where to watch Yu-Gi-Oh GX with English language or Yu-Gi-Oh.

I so agree with you on that and I don`t like how they change languge from English to Japansk on couple of anime.

I think it's okay and I like to read in English so I learn the language better and better.

I don`t mind read English myself since I want to understand language better but I prefer to watch Yu-Gi-Oh and Yu-Gi-Oh GX in English Language.

Sony is not a consumer friendly company. They are just as money hungry and corrupt. People just get all heart eyed because they own Playstation.

I don't like Crunchyroll. They have done so many terrible things in the past that it makes me question how they're still alive and kicking.

"High Guardian Spice" was the last straw for me. I like crunchyroll about as much as harmony gold which is not a lot. I would recommend literally any other means to view anime, including laserdisc.

Almost all anime episodes on Crunchyroll are now locked behind a paywall since late 2022, as a lot of anime that I was watching back then, like Laid-Back Camp Season 2, New Game!, Denki-gai, Minami Kamakura High School Girls Cycling Club and a bunch more were free to watch.

Because I`m used to watch Yu-Gi-Oh in English and I don`t understand what they say when they speak Japansk and I find it weird watch it with English sub, I don`t know why.

It's ok, i get it. Some people prefer subs to dubs and vice versa. I didn't hate the dub, I just didn't like the fact they americanized the names, alter the character personalities, most of the story context, and bast#rdizing it. What they did to One Piece was completely unforgivable and I am glad 4kids are gone forever.

Crunchyroll at first wasn't a bad site, and then they got all Netflix.
I'm sorry, but the digital high seas offer better free service.
I refuse to give these money grubbing companies any of my dabloons until they get their act together and can outdo the service and features of the YOHO sites.

I used to have Crunchyroll about 7ish years ago back when I first discovered it, but Crunchyroll has gotten worse over the years. Also, many of the anime that I want to watch aren't available on Crunchyroll, even back then, there were many shows that weren't available on there that I was interested in watching.

Now I don't know where to watch Yu-Gi-Oh GX with English language or Yu-Gi-Oh.

Actually, back when I did have Crunchyroll I was also watching the Yu-Gi-Oh GX english dub and I only wanted to watch it in English. As I was watching more and more of it, I was getting less interested in the show. One day, when I was watching the second season of the show, I was curious and I decided to put the show in Japanese with english subtitles. It was a game changer! I felt that the voice acting was better, the dialogue was less 4kids filled, the soundtrack was better and personally I felt more engaged in the show with it in Japanese. After that I watched the rest of seasons 2,3, and 4 in Japanese. I'll leave you guys with the Japanese season 3 opening of Yu-Gi-Oh GX.
