Recently, I've gotten interested in the news that Osaka from Azumanga Daioh appears in the latest volume of Yotsubato! It's pretty nice to see Osaka who hasn't appeared in over 20 years appear in the Yotsubato mango!
Know any other anime/manga that have done some type of crossover between series.

I know that the Clampverse also has some crossover between some of it's characters

yugi from yugioh appears for a panel in the bobobo comic. he summons slifer the sky dragon.

Dr. Slump and Dragon Ball is a well known one

Lone Wolf and Cub and Samurai Champloo

Osamu Tezuka with his own characters onto different books he did, like the doctor/scientist with the big nose who's basically a reincarnation from another series from his work.

Isaac and Miria from Baccano make a couple of cameo appearances in Durarara. Some characters from Toradora and Spice and Wolf also appear as figurines.

As always, Azumanga/Osaka thread = good thread.

GaoGaiGar and Betterman, the novel officially makes it canon.

Lucky Star and Mikawaya-ke no Kuufuku shares the same universe. One episode in Lucky Star where Konata met Anime Tenchou, you can see Hikage in the background, the reverse happen if you watch the latter anime, you can see Konata talking to Anime Tenchou in the background.

Working and Servant x Service also shares the same universe, there is a Drama CD where they met each other.

Sore ga Seiyuu is considered to be a spin off of Hayate no Gotoku.

Kimi ga Aruji de Shitsuji ga Ore de is a prequel to the more popular Maji de Watashi ni Koi Shinasai, the Visual Novel expand this even further.

Sket Dance and Gintama had a crossover. I know the specific context is that the mangaka for Sket Dance was an assistant on Gintama.

Surprised no one mentioned this one. Wish it would have been a mini series.

I haven't seen it because the only anime out of the four that I have saw was Konosuba, but Isekai Quartet

Similar type of show that I did watch: Kaginado

I really like Ochanomizu (which translates as "Teawater").

Black Jack met the Phoenix once.

And I think that in Pluto they've implied that Black Jack was also there to save a kid's eyes.

I didn't know about Mikawaya-ke no Kuufuku. I might watch it seeing as how it's related to Lucky Star. It might also give me an excuse to watch that Lucky Star OVA that I still haven't seen

Also, reading this made me suddenly remember there being an episode of Eromanga Sensei where you can see the Oreimo characters at the end of the episode talking to each other

Since they're both from Tsukasa Hojo we tend to see the Cat's Eye meeting Ryo Saeba aka City Hunter in the latest movie

Even the bar in is called Cat's Eye as a nod in the original City Hunter anime:
