Is there anything different with this version of Creature Shock compared to the other English releases?

How much japanese does the game contain? This game is in my sight for couple of years but i wouldn't like to be bereft of any story parts or clues. Full fan translation shouldn't be hard to do.

Some psx Japanese games does have English language. I know two horror visual novels it's actually a Learn English progam too

Just play it. If you wonder why it's look blurry, because it's using fmvs instead of actual 3d models. Considering how big the size of the games by ps1 standard. Fear Effect & D is another great example of 3d games using fmv as the game's environments.
