In Brazil we kept receiving new "sega consoles" for a long time. In 2007 they released the Mega Drive 3 and the Master System 3 Collection, both with a lot of games "pre-installed", both classics and new (simple) ones! But this dump was made from the Mega Drive 4 actually:

I had one of these Mega Drive 4s when I was like 11. Around 2009. It came with a kinda bad Guitar Hero clone that IIRC was actually a mobile game. It also came with the guitar included, which was cool, but the thing itself wasn’t great, especially since my father got me this instead of a silver PS2 I wanted really bad just because it was cheap lol

At least it came with Sonic 3 and Shinobi 3 but I ended up selling it for R$ 100 when I was 18 and bought a used copy of Pokémon X the same day.

I believe it also got a second version that came in a box with different artwork and more games.
