10 days to go. I think this game has the potential to be everything that mario kart world couldnt deliver.
Ive been watching videos that servers on the new mario kart are half dead. Just reinstalled sonic racing transformed to give me something to do till this gets released.

I'm pretty keen for it!
I also love that the free content updates look way more appealing than the paid DLC season pass. I like a lot of those Nickelodeon properties, but I think I can live without paying for them. Much more hype for the free SEGA characters

It looks alright but I'd rather just have All-Stars Racing 3. I long for another game where I can race as Ryo in his forklift and run over all those damn anthropomorphic animals ::eggmanlaugh

I don't know the full extent of the free DLC roster, but I'd wager he might get in CrossWorlds at some point

Played the Beta version and it had some issues (Which of course it will because it's a beta). My problems are the items, I don't know if you can stop the item roulette as it stops by itself. Hopefully, the actual release version fixes all of that. But one big problem is that it comes out the same day as Pac-Man World 2: Repac and six days later, Super Mario Galaxy 1 & 2.

I'll resist the urge to bag on Crossworlds. Sega won't ever top Transformed and that's ok.

Instead! I am obligated to mention that Dr. Robotnik's Ring Racers is everything I could ever want from a racing game. It's so damn fun once everything clicks. Feel free to turn on assist functions like auto-ring and auto-roulette while you get used to things. Skip the tutorial when it starts to drag too long. I'd also suggest knocking out some cups before going online. Singleplayer map order is great at easing you into the game.

60+ Characters! 150+ Race courses! 50+ Battle maps! And that's just base game. There's a massive amount of mods despite only being out for a year. Including Spongebob, Joker, Miku, Kiryu, Ichiban and nearly every obscure Sega property you could imagine. Check the SRB2 boards. You'll never run out of things to try.
