Coolest Factions in games

What are some of the Coolest Factions in games you know no matter if Heroic or Villain faction but what faction do you believe is just cool in terms of Armor/Architecture/Leaders and Lore or just one of the things.
For me it would be the Brotherhood of Steel I know I know yet there are just cool what can I say (Primarily in Fallout 3 and Fallout 4)

Regrettably, I am not entirely familiar with this particular group, as I have not previously encountered it. Might I inquire, from which game does this faction originate? I would be most obliged if you could elucidate its origins and how it functions within its respective milieu

Ouroboros/Enforcers in Legend of Heroes: Trails/Kiseki series (for the uninitiated, it's a kind of secret society of villains... well, sort of. In any case, their intentions are rarely benevolent) :

It's a shady organization that is supposed to be behind the scenes in the tournaments of King of Fighters from 99 to 2001, if I am not mistaken. Some of their members are cool, like Krizalid or Kula.

I also recall one of my favourite organizations, black organization, but it's anime based (Meitantei Conan):

King of Fighters it is not wonder that I was not aware of this shady group but do not worry as if the are a faction then they do count indeed.

The Imperium of Man is also very Cool

The Empire could also be cool if they where more competent but hey the Heroes need a huge amount of plot Armor so the Clone troopers had to be lobotomized
