One of the most exciting (and sometimes nerve racking) things in video games are good chase sequences. What are some of your favorites? I love these:

I like the "Big Chase" sequence in Virtua Cop 2. Sure, it's entirely on-rails, but it was pretty exciting for the time. Also one of the first instances where I can remember being able to shoot out the tires on a car, causing it to crash spectacularly

Chase HQ did this sort of thing better, as did Lucky & Wild. This just happens to be the first game that came to mind

The only one really engraved in my brain is the Ball rolling scene in RE4 ,along with all the rest of the game

Not a popular opinion, but I actually like a lot of the chase sequences from Silent Hill Shattered Memories. Not all. And not when the motion controls get janky. But when it works it works.

The one from Parasite Eve is very stressful especially considering it's after the final boss and if you get caught you have to re-fight the final boss again.

SMT Nocturne and Dante chasing you around the Labyrinth of Amala.
