Damn bro, that Adobo looks tasty
Scooby Doo Drool GIF
Fun fact bro do you know that Adobo came from a Spanish dish called ‘Adobado’ which is a way of pickling the meat for at least 2 weeks.
As you know my country beca a colony of for 300 years (1500s-1800s) so my ancestors learned the recipe and gave a twist, they say ‘screw the pickled meat ‘ we’re gonna our own version of it. So what they did is they skip pickling process and they cooked it directly like a stew.

I can't Cook for the life of me but I will proudly say that my Grandparents, my Mom and my Sister makes a killer Sinigang weather it's Pork, Shrimp, Chicken or Beef!

Apparently my ancestors pulled it off it’s one of few dishes that Gordon Ramsay tried and he liked it when he visited the country.

Do you have a specific Adobo recipe you could recommend? I tried making Chicken Adobo once, but I must have messed something up, mine came out super dry. Would love to try an actually authentic version!

Mac n Cheese has always been a comfort food for me. I like to add chicken, sausage, panko, chives, and mushroom powder to make it a more complete meal (with some salad or other vegetable on the side).
