Codename Knd Thread

a cartoon character wearing a red hat and a blue shirt

This show was cool as heck, Number 5 was my favorite.

It was never my favorite, but I must admit that it had one of the richest settings out of all offerings on the network and that it was a great celebration of childhood. It was also occasionally really funny.

When the Kids are at the age of 18 the "Teenagers brain" takes over the kids and they get removed from their posts from the Kids next door. Since they are more closer to adults than the Kids.

So to speak.
wouldnt it be at 13? cause TEEN is in the name? only certain elite ops like numbuh 1 and that one blonde dude that turned into a quadruple agent throughout the series can have their memories

Oh, you're right, it was 13. My bad, I remember number 5's sister "Cree" was also thirteen when she, "Joined the dark side"

These posts are making me start a new one called "The Samurai From the Future, trying to get to the past : Samurai Jack"

Oh I remember the weapons, just bits of either junk taped together or something related to kids.
That right there it's where its charm lies.

Armor made out of pans and silverware, weapons made out of toys or random debris, and weird themes like ninja/commando.

It just had to contest with juggernauts that were both older and more popular than itself. It was kind of unfair -- Ed, Edd n Eddy, Dexter's Lab, Powerpuff Girls, Johnny Bravo, Billy & Mandy... Newer stuff like KND, Time Squad and Whatever Happened To Robot Jones never stood a chance, but at least KND got some proper time under the limelight, unlike those aforementioned shows or the cult classics like MEGAS XLR.

It was the Golden age of cartoons back then. Each show had it's own distinct art style, I remember so clearly as I stayed awake during the Summer holidays at that time just to get a glimpse of Ed, Edd & Eddy and Samurai Jack. I don't know if someone likes "Sheep in the Big City"

I really did think that Sheep had promise, but I felt like it was never given a budget or direction. It lasted a blink in Argentina.

But its legacy is far greater than its show...

plus, KND kind of was the catalyst for TTG right? after all, cree and abigail are just like stafire and blackfire

By God, the Promo commercials of Cartoon Network were so good. Thanks for the video @Waffles.
And how, for how it all when down the drain.

Also, Remember S.W.A.T C.A.T.S ?

Rant Time: I will NEVER forgive CN for cancelling Mao Mao.
