Is this even playable on modern PCs? I remember trying to install it on win10 a few years ago after uncovering the old files from one of my old hardrives I dug up from storage, but it wouldn't run.

ahhh...those early-mid 2000s games that were on shareware sites back in the days...I think it had a sad intro and then the game was broken for me...it let me create one or two formations and then just stopped giving me any...so I was just flying around....
