I honestly got to know that game through a Selectron 76-in-1 game console that was a famiclone in the form of a Nintendo 64 Controller that came as a gift for the purchase of any Coral or Other Branded Phone that had Digicel (Which currently no longer exists in my country because it was bought and acquired by +Movil in 2024) and that was in 2009 that my Mom bought a Coral 620 phone and the aforementioned console that came as a gift came for free, what a promotion of the time.

Are you talking about Gunboy? I still have mine, but with a broken analog stick, unfortunately. Not the best collection, but some great fond memories.

The theme song for the movie that bought peace between humans and Zentraedi.
How?

In the movie, the main character Shao Pai Long defeats a giant with a single attack.

When the Zentraedi (real giants) intercepted those images, they couldn't believe the micrones were so strong, if it was like this, they clearly would lose, so they offered peace.

When once of theirs was micronized and invited into the Macross for peace talks, he requested that the champion Shao Pai Long was present, leaving everyone confused, when explained about what they found about Shao Pai Long, so the Macross' Captain, Mr Global, explains with a hesitant voice that it was just a fictional character in a movie, it didn't exist and everything there was made up, and so the emissary found out they "lost" because they thought it was real, but everyone was already friendly now, so it was ok.

but yeah, played the game because I got it from my mom randomly, always the same stages just harder, but I liked to be able to transform, It would take a decade for me to watch Macross and hear the nostalgic song of the game being played.

This game was on one of those bootleg n64 TV game plug in things with 100 roms on it, it has this, super marion bros and a bunch of other things, as a Macross fan at this point that had no access to any of the games I only saw a single image of DYRL on the Saturn the back of a game fan magazine advertised in GAME CAVE, I only knew of VF-X by name I saw nothing of it, this game blew my mind!!

Transforming valkyrie and it had a minmay song playing and a zentraidi ship folds in, it was magical to a kid that loved macross more than anything, though it's a basic same level but gets harder type game like the oldest of arcade games.
