Well, it's more likely Nick Nolte and Eddie Murphy both starring in "48 hours" (and its sequel). The Saturn cover and the arcade flyer looks exactly like the movie poster.
I'll give you Eddie Murphy but I walked in on my dad watching too many charles bronson films late at nite, still looks like bronson on the cover to me::thinking

That cover is totally not Charles Bronson and Sidney Poitier

Wow! I have played MD version (the one without gun) and the PC Engine version! (the one with gun)

My favorite is MD version!
But i should test this too!
MD is the sequel, Chase H.Q. II (no gun) while PC Engine has both games in this collection, Chase H.Q. (also no gun) and S.C.I. (gun) but the Saturn is faithful ports of the arcade versions rather than demakes (for lack of a better term).

I too like the MD version, mostly because you get to choose your preferred vehicle depending on the level, in fact I was just playing it, I made a Game Genie Hack for infinite continues to feel more like the arcade, you still get one try for the final level so it's still got some challenge.

For some sick reason I still prefer the NES version over any other version, even the arcade lol
I have a softspot for the Gameboy version as I played it a lot in school, but my favorite version that isn't the arcade would be the MD version, it's like an abridge version taking elements from both games.

Dude, Chase H.Q. is a classic, I grew up with every version, arcade, PC Engine, Mega Drive (Chase H.Q. II) and even the Gameboy version, it plays kinda like Outrun but not really as the objective isn't just to drive in the open road but rather drive till you reach the criminal's vehicle and slam into it until it explodes and you arrest the guy, S.C.I. is pretty much the same game except now you have a gun, no reason, devs just decided to give you a gun now, Shadow The Hedgehog style.
Well, shit, guess I'll check out both games later lol. Sounds like a fun little diversion.

I'll be honest, I never heard of "Chase HQ" and its sequel until recently. Upon quick glances at both installments, I immediately get "OutRun" vibes.

I've played both games in Arcade and they look good but I didn't know that both games had ports for the Sega Saturn in compilation form but they are good ports and they look quite similar to the Arcade.
