holy CRAP this is amazing! like i love celeste (depsite using the assist options to actually 100% it) but jesus nevermind the celeste mechanics, all the different MODES are absurd!
you got a mode thats basically mario Mr driller sideways, you got a knockoff splatoon mode, you got Spelunker mode! (if you're not aware that game you die super easily, like falling a 1 block height) you got a romance of three kingdoms Mode!? and thats not even the normal game, ooh the normal game is wild as F i already used slow motion and save states constantly cause its hard as F! and dude the soundtracks are awesome, music from chrono trigger, blaster master, Super Metroid, and of course Celeste itself.

definitely check out Celeste, on PC or consoles, it's the best platformer i've played stupid precise and gets very very difficult (with various assists and cheat options that don't disable anything, you can even unlock every single level with a secret cheat at the start)
btw the assists are things like speed change (down to 10%, UP to 400%) just god mode, infinite air dash, infinite wall climb, it's accesible as hell for any type of gamer, even if you just god mode it all it's an experience for sure!)
i want a sequel SO BAD.
it's also on pico8 (you can play this on a browser google it) this version is also in the newer Celeste console/pc versions in a secret room

Playing it right now and... Wow. This may just be the BEST Mario ROM hack that I've ever played. Absolutely loving the visuals, the AMAZING soundtrack as well as the gameplay. It's fun to learn different moves and use different techniques in order to nab certain collectibles.

i have too and play it a lot. i really like drill mode as it feel very arcade and it even plays such too. very impressive for a rom hack based on 1985 game. would be far to advance of sure in that year would break the game because of limits existed.

Despite the fact that this Romhack is based on Super Mario Bros. (1985) of a lifetime, this Romhack squeezes the most out of the graphic and technical capabilities of the NES/Famicom, it is to say that it looks more like a game from the last stage of the FC/NES (Mid-1990s) than a game from the first stage of the NES (Mid-1980s) so it is impressive in itself.
