Castlevania HoD with decent sounding music?

I've found out about the White Night Concerto hack from the repo a few hours ago,

And I checked the comments down and found a bilibili link claiming that there is a hack that only focuses on the background music instead of having fifty million enemies placed for their "difficulty pack" XD. The comment section said something about requiring a bilibili account to access it or something which is one reason why it's somewhat hard to get (maybe? idk.).
Thankfully, I have a friend from Hong Kong who frequents Bilibili and I asked him to download said hack for me. I played through the opening bits and, yep, no fifty million enemies in sight, and it uses the same music from the White Night Concerto (hack). Now, if only there was an English patch for this (or like overwrite the English rom on top of this hack without affecting the music). Would love to upload it here for preservation if it hasn't been yet (though I'm not sure on the policies of uploading roms here). Here is a pic of the splash screen. Will record gameplay later.

If only someone could reverse-engineer the music patch from this one for the English version of the game as well. Regardless, a version of the romhack without the weird difficulty gimmicks would definitely be useful.
