its not terrible. kill the 1st boss and you will get like 4 levels. so many enemy souls around that are very powerful. theres even a xp boost soul.

Ended up giving it a go last night and it's definitely not bad once you get a boss or two under your belt. Still feels a little weird playing a post-SOTN where killing enemies is kinda pointless except for potion drops, but so far the quality is high enough it's a small concession.

I just hope that we get a little less red going forward...I get what the mod author was going for, but Jesus Christ lol

I can agree. Not every single Castlevania romhack needs to be fuggin DARK SOULS 2D-Vania edition. Kinda tired of it.

cool i'm glad there's no touch screen version of this game. the touch screen of the OG is not fun.
