As i can imagine, many people are excited for the release of capcom fighting collection 2 dropping this may, in that case what games are you looking forward to playing the most? For me it's either Power Stone or Plasma Sword.

I'm disappointed that it's confirmed to be censored like the first Fighting Collection was. But I still want it for Power Stone...

I'm pretty happy to see literally anything Power Stone in 2025, even if it is just a rerelease.

I didn't even know this was a thing, but looking it up, that's a pretty solid lineup. I'd probably wade into the CvS games because I had coworkers who were bigtime into CvS2 and I never took the time to find out what the fuss was all about.

I bought CvS2 the day it came out. I loved it. Great roster, great announcer, I love combining the different companies characters with the other companies fighting styles. It allowed my brother and I to explore characters we weren't familiar with.

This game doesnt get enough love. Its in the Repo and its on Fightcade.

I'm glad they are finally adding Alpha 3 Upper; took them long enough. I just wish they'd add the music from the PS2 secret mode, "Hyper Alpha" as an option for BGM, then it would be perfect.

I'm looking forward to both the Power Stone games and Plasma Sword. It's quite unfortunate that Tech Romancer wasn't able to be a part of the collection (I would have to presume licensing issues with both the main theme song and voice actors in the game). Hopefully, it'll be available as DLC in the near future.

is it both Rival Schools games n both Plasma Sword games?

gonna have to predictably-2D-of-me say CvS2 n Alpba 3 Upper here though NGL I look fwd to Power Stone games n the aforementioned above ^^

while it's cool to see that Capcom vs SNK 2, Project Justice and Power Stone duology are being re-released in modern platforms at same time sucks that lacks Rival Schools, Tech Romancer(I wish that added this one instead of Capcom Fighting Evolution) and Star Gladiator 1 while Star Gladiator 2 will be the Arcade(Sony ZN-2) version instead of the superior Dreamcast version

to be honest, I'm not hyped with Capcom arcade compilations and I prefer to stick with home console ports(mainly Saturn and Dreamcast) but it's nice seeing them getting Rollback and physical releases

ah that answers my question/s, thnx ^_^

Never played any of them so I'm hyped for all of them ?

They just had to add in that turd Capcom Fighting Evolution in the end

This may be of interest to console owners, especially those who prefer physical games. But PC gamers, including some of the biggest names in the game, are already playing it via Fightcade. Uncensored, with excellent rollback net play and a large community. I don't see this audience switching over to these versions. And the same applies to other volumes of their other compilation volumes.

I agree but the roms are not really found in the most legal way. Wish the legal ways to get games are as good as fanmade ones.

I’m so excited to play CVS2 online without having to rely on fightcade (I like fightcade but it’s just nice with an official release)
Also excited for the others, it’s nice with a meatier version of Alpha 3 with online too, and Power Stone and Rival Schools looks cool too.

Why should I get hyped for Crapcom collections that censor their old games and give you cringe trigger warnings about "outdated, offensive material"?
