God daam! How do you even keep that thing in a normal house without it simply rotting and deteriorating? I would be scared of even touching it.

found this copy of Bullfinch’s The Age of Mythology in my bookshelf, no clue where or when i got it but it’s from 1968

after that it’s a book on the teachings of Buddha from the early 90s

Lol I look up definitions in it all the time and just keep it on my shelf with the rest of my dictionaries and encyclopedias. I also have a copy of Law of Nations from 1797 but the cover and back cover are missing. I do keep this one in a bag to protect it from moths

I do that regularly the original definition of an elf is a demon. Well technically it says an elf is a devil, fairy, or wandering spirit.
