Sorry to bump this thread, but i'm at a level 2, and it still won't let me reply in any general discussion thread. Is this a glitch?

if you just got to level 2, it will take a while for it to kick in. the site usually does a general check on that stuff every so often throughout the day. i think it's about every 30 minutes or so. if you have been at that level longer than that, try logging out and back in. and if that doesn't help; then we will try to get a mod to come and check out what's going on.

Yep. I just got into level 2 about 9 hours ago.

Along with the level 1 requirement, you also have to be a member for 30 days and have no active warnings. Most sub-forums don't have a requirement but you can check them by clicking the arrow.
