Cant extract haunting ground rom, both usa and pal, for some reason

i keep getting this error constantly, first game that this has happened to, i used to have it installed extracted but accidentally unistalled it

Use 7zip to extract it if you're not already using that.
If you are using 7zip make sure it's up to date.
If it still doesn't work then check the CRC32 of the archive. It may have gotten corrupted during download. Haunting Ground (USA).7z D268EC96

There seems to be related issues reported on extracting 7z files with the windows built in archive tool caused by some windows updates (big surprise there, unheard of even). I'd suggest installing a third party tool like 7zip.
