Personally I have no idea, but I know that on a hacked PS3 and PSVita you can sync trophies and you won't get banned. Since SONY doesn't really give a shit about those consoles.

I think Microsoft wouldn't know or care since they have no idea if those games are yours or not. They just think you played them offline mode so it shouldn't effect your account. I'm pretty confident they just don't care.

i ask because i used to do it back when the 360 market was still active....kinda games for gold years....

Makes you wonder why you'd want to do it at all, since with the 360 lobotomized, who's actually gonna see all your profile stuff but you? Sure, there's always 'just because' but still. Achievements are normally profile locked, and most hacks that mod achievements are unlockers that just grant them to you. I'm sure you could transfer your hacked profile from one 360 to another with a USB, and without any regulation anymore, it's not like it would set off an alert or anything.

Save your profile on a flash drive or mem card. Then, move the USB to your stock Xbox 360, log in, and let the achievements sync. It should work in theory.
