Can you even spend $80 on a game?

I literally can afford a game this expensive, but my mind will never let me buy it. So the final verdict is: no. I won't buy an $80 game unless I go insane.

I feel that I'd get a severe case of buyer's remorse even if I could afford it.

I'm not rich, but I could spend $80 on a video game and move on (even when doing that in this moment won't be smart, nor sane).

Still, I see little value in it. I already have tons of games I could enjoy, I won't actually own anything (digital license), and modern games rarely give me much satisfaction.

I prefer to spend that amount in physical books, or board games.

$80/$100 for GTA VI would make more sense if it had an impressive instruction manual, and a map, perhaps some extra do-hicky in the deluxe version, and I don't know... maybe if it WAS AN ACTUAL, PHYSICAL RELEASE with a jewel case, box art, and a disc with the full game on it! But no... plus, I doubt this will be much more than GTA V with a fresh coat of paint..

It's just another step in this direction. Change my mind..
