This is taken from my GBAtemp post. Originally I went to GBAtemp to ask for advice in achieving this. Instead I stumbled upon the tool I needed to just backport the PC version translation to PS3 myself. Of course, PS4 to PS3 would been better but beggars and choosers.
Caladrius is a Shoot em Up Bullet Hell title made by same people who did Raiden and such smups, but this time more weeb. Undressing bosses or yourself is a game mechanic. It came out on Xbox 360, Japanese Arcades, and then PS3 in most full form including Xbox and Arcade gameplay revisions with it's own third revision. Later, much much later, a worldwide release followed on PS4 and Steam. Aside not being officially localized to few new languages English included, PS3, PS4 and PC versions are identical. PC version is even locked to 720p resolution like PS3 and Arcade.
I just happened to find during unrelated gaming fiddling a tool that will unpack and pack the game's archival format and with power of photoshop and lots of copy pasting a simple English patch for the PS3 version was made ready:

Download it from here.
Extract and move the NPJB00594 folder inside your /dev_hdd0/game/ folder replacing existing files in your CFW/HEN PS3 if you have PSN/Digital version of the game installed. Otherwise put the contents and replace existing files in your JB format folder of the game. For other ways to use the files such as RPCS3 you know more than I do.

Issues:
- Tutorial is borked (example below).
- Second Bonus Stage has one message that says "block rate" when the stage otherwise states "Save Rate". Japanese version likely uses a generic "success rate" or such term for these missions while western localization has two separate textures for these messages. I could change this but my changes would look significantly different from style of other parts so we can likely live with this.
- PS3 system message invokes are not translated. This includes stuff like PSN login messages for leaderboards and saving likely. While I could likely provide at least rough translation of these messages myself, but this project has no actual code/executable changes. If you are playing offline and wish to continue playing offline, say "no" to message that pops up after a game clear, it is asking you to sign in to "PSN" to update your scores to online leaderboards.
- Game will display O as confirm button on western systems even though X is confirm when playing on western system.
- Making same note every other PS3 and Vita translation does: Did not touch trophies for your sake. Also mine since I am not coding or doing anything to the main executable. So we both win, and you can check localized trophy info online. PS4 and PS3 trophies are likely 100% identical.

I have not actually tested this patch on HEN system. But I also assume that there should be zero issues as main code and executable are untouched. Do report to me if it works!

Another amazing patch! I don't know what else can I say other than thanks, and great job!
