We will talk about browser games (mostly flash games) here.

I remember have lots of fun with Cartoon Network's flash games like the Ed, Edd n Eddy, Billy and Mandy, Courage or KND ones

The Asylum: Psychiatric Clinic for Abused Cuddly Toys.

This is a genuinely amazing educational game. You have to observe traumatized stuffed animals, figure out their mental problems, find out where those issues originated, and then administer appropriate treatment.

My classmates and I in middle school played the fuck out of Gun Mayhem. You used guns to know each other off of the stage. Different guns had different fire rates, bullet patterns, reload times, and knockback power. Everyone starts with handguns and you can get better guns as pickups throughout the match.

They also introduced me to OurWorld, a pretty cozy social MMO with some fun mini games. Funny shit happened when a friend taught me how to pick up girls on there. One turned out to be a drama queen and another danced on top of a table in her underwear. '

Way before Bennet Foddy got famous with "Getting Over It", there was a flash site with all his smaller projects called Foddy.net. Get On Top became a favorite in my circle. You have to push your opponents head into the ground to score a point. I was an absolute god at this game!

In college, we would sometimes play this FPS called Shell Shockers when we were supposed to be doing work on the computer. It was simple, but the guns handled very well and was an all around good shooter for a free browser game you didn't even need an account for.

We often played GBA games via Game Oldies, a browser emulation site.

I'll add more games as I recall them, but this is what came to mind.

My favourite browser game has always been Winter Bells. So much it's the only one I remember by name. It's "the total work of art" where everything contributes to the whole in great measure. Perfect music, graphics, and interaction.

I love Fleabag vs Mutt!

Surprised nobody has brought up Stick RPG yet, all time classic flash game

There's also Interactive Buddy which was simple but pretty fun as a kid, used to play that on an old desktop with the all time greatest OS Windows XP loaded up on it...damn am I old now?

The Clear Vision series were super cheesy Hitman/Sniping games but translated surprisingly well as flash games. They were fun for sure but the dialogue was...something. Especially the first game

There's also The Impossible Game which was one of the top flash games for years, absolutely diabolical experience

There's the legendary QWOP which became a phenomena online when it came out. It was actually an early creation of Bennett Foddy which many people know from Getting Over It, somebody in this thread posted Get On Top which was also made by Foddy a few years after QWOP. Oh and if you guys wanna see what a QWOP speedrun looks like I got you covered, it's truly incredible stuff lmao

Remember The Scary Maze Game? If it sounds vaguely familiar it's because it was huugeee for a while on places like YouTube in the mid to late 2000s as a prank flash game. A bunch of people would get others to play the game and record their reaction to the jump scare as a prank. I'll link a couple videos I found of reactions to it for the memberberries, old YouTube was a simpler place

Oh I loved the Cartoon Network holiday resort game as a kid, I got super lost

Also The Classroom flash games were pretty neat, perhaps the first stealth game I ever played?
