Went to a local carboot sale (garage sale I think you call them in the States) a few weeks back and I was actually looking for a ps2 but some youngster got there before me at the one I was looking at.

Anyway as I walked along to the next stall there was a black 360 with wireless controller and the leads. I asked how much and the bloke said £15 so I paid up and went home. Was thinking of trading it in at CEX on the way home but needed to check if it actually worked.

Got it home and cleaned it up a bit and tested it out and it works fine and it’s also got the Tonasket motherboard after I checked the manufacturing date on the back so I’m well happy with that and keeping it. I’ll get rid of my old white 360 that I bought from CEX a few months back. Bargain of the year for me.

PCongratulations, you deserve all the best!

So you got one of the best ones. NICE! Try bad updating that sucker!

A question of me: the Xbox Live of 360 is still working or it's ended in order to gave atention of One's and Series's?
Yes Xbox live is still up and running but as for online gaming I don’t know as I’ve not tried any games yet.

how lucky for you I paid for mine a hundred bucks used and set back and it was turned back to factory setting no games no neat things on it and I had to update it just so that I can play simple Xbox games on it.

the login and stuff still works but AFAIK the 360 store is already closed down and you'll find many of the online services severly limited. Some of the biggest games are still playable online, but anything too small or obscure is either dead due to servers or got like 2 players in-game.

You got some very good luck
I got even better luck last weekend. I found Pokemon SoulSilver and Pokemon White in a charity shop along with Monster Hunter 3 and 4 Ultimate in the same shop and Dragonquest IX and Xenoblade Chronicles both DS games and Wipeout 2048 and I paid £17 for the whole lot.

Couldn’t believe my luck last weekend.

DAMN, I can't even find these games for sale in my country, let alone at that price!
