Bootleg Games

When i was little my mom bought me a bootleg console that had a weird as fuck mahjong game with the dragon ball z characters and broly scared the shit out of me for some reason
It wasn't a pirated NES console but the 1000 in 1 gameboy with only tetris in a console

Pokemon Jade and Diamond for the GB Color

Years later, I discoverd they were just bootleg versions of Telefang, a Pokemon-clone (more akin to Digimon actualy). They weren't even reskins or hacks, they were just pirated Telefang cartridges with pokemon boxart

These aren't hacks of Sonic Adventure 7 (another bootleg) and that another hack of Sonic 3D Blast 5?
No, wait, the thing that was talking about is named "Pokémon Jade: Special Pikachu Edition"

I had those! I actually loved them, too -- I thought they were really well made and interesting.

I remember once trying a Sega game that was supposedly Super Mario 3, which I looked up but obviously doesn't exist, but I played it on a physical cartridge so that was the weirdest thing

Was one of the Super Boy series?

I have no idea, I only remember that the cartridge had an image of Mario showing three fingers with a red background behind him and the title Super Mario.

Funfact: you can "cheat" by pausing, you can literally move around and clear the game like that

I didn't play this one but I had a GBA cartridge that replace Buster from the Tiny Toons' NES game with Pikachu and the protagonist from Dream Master with a Sandshrew.
