To be honest I do limit my purchases on Steam these days. I've pirated the games I already own that I care about so for example the entire RE series (at least the ones that I own) so I know the files are on my PC and noone is taking them away or anything like that. I use GOG a lot more now plus I've been playing older games lately anyway.
