I recommend Fire Pro Wrestling Returns for PS2, look at video reviews about the game and you'll under stand why i recommended.

I just got back into pro wrestling after like a twenty year hiatus. Still pretty fun. Try the old NES WrestleMania, it's clunky but a pretty cool timepiece if nothing else

What era of WWE do you like? It's probably best to just check the rosters and choose one you like.
Other than that, I know that No Mercy on the N64, Smackdown 2 on ps1, Here Comes the Pain, SVR06 and 07 on the ps2 are pretty beloved.
