I always have a hot drink. If available dry apple slices, doesn’t leave any residue on my hands.

this may sound crazy but beef jerky and iced coffee for me is always my go to
Beef jerky here costs as much as a kidney. A 25-gram bag they put you for 4 euros.

Cheez its is one of my favorite snacks, but I can't have it often because I can easily chew through a whole box in one sitting. Never had great self control with food and snacks

I'm more of a refreshments kind of person when I play. And I'll take pretty much whatever, bottle of water, can of coke, bottle of gatorade, goblet of booze, so long as I can nurse it over the course of time, I'm good

When I was young at the beginning of the SF II arcade craze, Egg Rolls and Icees. Cherry or Coke Icee. Playing non stop back then and a few years that followed for 10 hours non stop.
Nowadays, tea and a full meal. Whatever it is, take break to go get it. I rarely find any game I wanna play for hours stretches like that anymore.

For the best snack, something self-contained, not messy, preferably cheap, healthy and tasty.

For what I like the most, store-bought prawn crackers. They're surprisingly good.

I used to drink green tea lot, watching anime or gaming. Snapea Crisps used to go so hard while playing PS2 games in 2019, I think they cost a more now :/
goji berries
I started eating those 2 years ago and they're so good, amazing if you can't have gummies/candy

with hot sauce and lime juice
My stomach just burned from reading that 🤣
