-Giving the Covenant back their bomb in Halo 2. It's awesome every time!
-Alan Wake 2's Reading these words felt like a message. Was a message Cutscene. The blend of live action Alan Wake in his room and Saga reading the note was so beautiful too.

a whole crapton from metal gear solid series, MGS2 is one of the few games i DON"T hit skip cutscene on despite playing it like 2 dozen times.

Hardly any PS3 entries in here? I guess some people don't play video games, just talk about them. That's seriously disappointing.
Some of the "games" on that console gen could pass as blockbuster movies.
I remember I used watch cutscene compilation of those games on the internet before even buying them. Because they were way ahead of anything I've seen in tv.
