Which is the best Mario formula?

Isn't 3D World's formula more or less the Classic formula, except in 3D space? Linear levels with secrets, and a linear world map with secrets.

My favorites are SMB3, 3D World, and 64, so I'm torn on which one to vote for haha

I prefer the Galaxy Formula, i like the small and subtle progression sensation you are given by clearing one ny one the target

I like classic the most. Super Mario Bros. Wonder was amazing.

Sandbox is so good, but classic is the best. You have the SMB trilogy, World, Yoshi's Island if it counts, and the two Super Mario Land games. :) Not a bad banana in the bunch.

I like all of Mario's formulas for being quite unique and receptive, but the Classic came out first obviously.
