My favorite is still the beginning of Blaster Master when you take off in Sophia 3rd(yes i know in the original that is the planets name, but still). That game will always be my favorite nes game ever.

Also still love Ninja Gaidens cinematic cut scenes.

Might be specific, but Deus Ex. However, I am not talking about the cinematic, though that one is pretty peak. I am talking the second you open up the game and start it. Never had a game make me THAT pumped to play it with just its opening theme.
